私たちは、利用する生徒たちが自分自身の可能性に気づき、自信を持って社会へ羽ばたけるよう、スモールステップを大切にした支援を行います。単に就労スキルを訓練するだけでなく、社会の一員として豊かに生きていくための土台作りを目指します。
「就労準備型放課後等デイサービス」とは、障がいがある中高生のための、放課後等デイサービスです。将来の仕事や社会生活に向けた力を身につけることを目指しています。
一般的な放課後等デイサービスの中でも学齢後半の子どもにむけて、生活力やコミュニケーションスキル、マナーなどの就労準備といった練習を行い、働く前の土台作りを行っています。

対象者：中学生・高校生
（主に発達障害、精神障害のある方）
※受給者証が必要です
※受給者証をお持ちでない方もまずはご相談 ください
定員：１０名
送迎：有り（エリア、時間帯は要相談）
利用料金：国の定める利用負担額でご利用いただけます。
サービス提供日・時間
火・水・金
１５：００～１８：００
長期休み（夏、冬、春休み）も同様です
※土日祝日はお休みです
